-- What You Will Do

Clean and degrease parts with acetone to remove contaminants and guarantee a flawless finish.

Sand, grind, and mask components to ensure proper paint adhesion.

Hang, position, and securely mount parts onto the paint line racks.

Inspect materials for defects before they reach the paint booth, upholding our high-quality standards.

Ensure all production prints stay accurately matched with their corresponding parts.

Track your progress by accurately completing and submitting daily production sheets.

Champion workplace safety by following OSHA guidelines, wearing required PPE, and proactively reporting hazards.

-- Requirements & Work Environment

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the strength to safely lift and move up to 45 lbs.

Comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse setting where temperatures fluctuate with the weather.

Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, airborne particles, chemicals/fumes, and occasionally loud noise.
