We are hiring a program medical director to serve in both a clinical and leadership capacity.
Local Team Collaboration:
Join our close-knit team of 14 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers at Mercy Medical Center.
We have enjoyed our partnership with Mercy Medical Center since 2015 and are a trusted and consulted team on many hospital-wide initiatives.
We value our collaboration with the nurses and specialists throughout the hospital. Patients are our top priority, and we do a great job of always keeping that focus at the forefront.
Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
Minimum of two years of hospital medicine leadership experience in an Associate Medical Director or Director-level role.
We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.
Scheduling:
A combination of clinical and administrative time.
8 clinical shifts per month, and 84 hours a month of protected administrative time.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and leadership to a team of seasoned providers
collaborate with both Sound Physicians leaders, as well as hospital leaders, in meeting key goals in care delivery and quality metrics
