You'll sell with integrity, support your team, and help keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently.What You'll Do:Welcome customers with professionalism and genuine care.Build trust by educating—not pressuring—customers.Write and present clear, accurate repair estimates.Recommend services confidently and ethically.Coordinate workflow between technicians, parts, and customers.Manage follow-ups to ensure customers feel supported from start to finish.Support shop sales goals while keeping customer satisfaction the top priority.What You Bring:Proven sales and customer service experience.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A positive, team-first attitude.Basic automotive knowledge (or eagerness to learn).Confidence in closing sales the right way.A goal-driven mindset with a passion for growth.Ready to grow with us?
