Strategy Consultant for AI Model Training

Role Overview

Apply your strategy consulting expertise to create professional consulting documents and deliverables that help train and evaluate advanced AI models. You will collaborate with specialists from two other domains, using your professional judgment to shape tasks and evaluation rubrics for an intensive AI-focused project.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce the types of professional consulting documents and deliverables used in your day-to-day work.
• Work alongside experts from two additional domains to develop source material for AI training and evaluation tasks.
• Contribute expert judgment to the creation of task designs and scoring rubrics.
• Support either hands-on delivery work or the documentation and structuring of that work, depending on the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Partner, Engagement Manager, Associate, or Consultant at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Target operating model or organizational redesign experience is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate relevant work history and domain expertise through a resume review and short assessment.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• 40 hours per week from 14 September through 10 October 2026.
• Collaboration follows UK business hours.
• You must be able to avoid other significant-hour commitments during the project period. Smaller side projects may be discussed.

Compensation

£140 to £200 per hour.
