Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed Provide reassurance, companionship, and compassionate support Conduct resident safety and wellness checks Monitor and report changes in resident condition Maintain accurate documentation and communication with nursing staff Assist with morning routines and resident preparation for the day Help create a calm, secure, and welcoming environment for residents What We're Looking For: Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check Ready to Grow Your Career?
