Pediatric CVICU travel nurse jobs at the facility in Palo Alto, CA let you deliver advanced cardiovascular intensive care to infants and children in a high-acuity environment. You will monitor complex patients, manage life-sustaining equipment, administer medications, and document care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. You must have an active California Registered Nurse license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and at least three years of recent pediatric cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) experience, including within the last year. Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Proficiency in EMR systems, strong teamwork, and communication skills are recommended.
