Ensure outgoing orders are accurately packed, weighed, and accompanied by correct Bills of Lading (BOLs)Workflow Optimization: Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage. Troubleshoot bottlenecks and collaborate with other departments like purchasing, transportation, and customer serviceStaff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff. Assign tasks like picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
