The Car Salesperson greets customers, conducts needs assessments, and presents suitable new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features, benefits, safety, and performance. Responsibilities include arranging test drives, answering questions, explaining pricing and financing options, and guiding customers through the purchase process and paperwork in a clear, respectful manner. The role also involves following up with prospects and past customers, maintaining customer records in the CRM system, and collaborating with finance and service teams to ensure a smooth, positive experience. Daily tasks include staying current on Nissan models, inventory, incentives, and market trends, as well as meeting individual and dealership sales and customer satisfaction goals.\nQualifications\n\n Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with a diverse customer base and work effectively with team members.\n Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build trust, encourage repeat business, and support long-term relationships.\n Candidates should possess Automotive Sales experience or a demonstrated interest in vehicle sales, including comfort discussing features, pricing, and financing options.\n Candidates should have basic computer literacy and the ability to use CRM systems, email, and online tools for lead management and customer follow-up.\n Candidates should demonstrate a customer-focused mindset, professional demeanor, reliable work habits, and the ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.\n A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; prior sales or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory, and on-the-job training will be provided.\n
