Practice Info Practice provides anesthesia services at St. David’s Medical Center, North Austin Medical Center, South Austin Hospital, and Round Rock Medical Center Diverse group composed of anesthesiologists and CRNAs following a care team model Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Compensation Salary: $440K Potential with call pay: up to $570K Premium pay over 40 hours Cardiac specialty stipend: $50K Sign on Incentive: $50K Benefits Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance Generous paid time off Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts 401(k) & Profit Sharing Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage Loan repayment & training assistance available Shift & Schedule Schedule: 50 hours per week; including call Varies Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution Completion of Anesthesiology Residency Board Eligible or Board Certified Current medical licensure ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
