What You'll Do Connect with prospective customers by phone, video, and other virtual communication Learn about customer needs and explain available insurance options Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through enrollment Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline Build positive relationships through professional and helpful communication Use virtual sales tools and technology to communicate with customers Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Work toward individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable communicating with customers and eager to develop their sales skills. You’ll be a strong fit if you have: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills A customer-focused and professional approach Good organization and time-management skills The ability to work independently and stay motivated Comfort speaking with customers by phone and video A willingness to learn insurance products and sales processes A positive attitude and ability to handle challenging conversations professionally Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Mobile device with cellular data Reliable home internet connection Compensation Estimated annual earnings are $65,000–$100,000 , depending on individual performance and sales results. Compensation is performance-based, and actual earnings may vary. Work Arrangement This is a hybrid position , combining remote work with time in the office.
