Buyer III

Buyer III (Procurement & Logistics PM) Asap start date for a 9-month contract. High preference for someone to sit in Bellevue location, opportunity for hybrid schedule with at least 3 days onsite for ramp-up and key meetings. 40 hrs/week, no OT, Mon-Fri core hours. Pay range: $50-57/hr. Temp backfill for FTE on maternity leave. This contractor will be part of the Supply Chain & Procurement team. The Buyer will assist the Buying Team in expanding selection by setting up new vendors and items, maintaining the product catalog and managing pricing. Job responsibilities include new product launch & coordination, maintaining product cost, retail price, content and images, vendor relations, and assisting with special projects. Additional responsibilities include supporting and training as a backup to Control Buyer. Overall 2+ yr of relevant procurement and logistics experience. Skills needed include ServiceNow, stakeholder communication, Jira, CUA and SAP systems, cognitive work to map ticket groups to appropriate projects, strong attention to detail and information management capabilities. Successful candidates are highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and have strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point). An understanding of data management and databases is also a plus. The candidate must be able to work in a highly demanding, but collegial environment where teamwork is a must. EEO Employer.
