Job Title: Membership Sales Coordinator (Wellness Sales Associate)

Type of Position: Part-Time (20-30 hrs a week)

Availability: Weekdays (AM/PM) as needed, Evening Availability Required,Weekend Daytime AvailabilityRequired (minimum 2 weekends/mo)

Required Experience:

● Sales - 1 Year

● Customer Service - 1 Year

*This is a sales based role where you will be responsible for membership sales with a monthly quota*

We offer a Competitive Hourly Rate ($13-15/hr) + Commission + Bonus + Free Infrared Sauna Membership + Paid Training

Availability:

• We are looking for candidates with flexible schedules who can work a mixture of weekdays, Nights until 8:30 and Weekends as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• The Membership Sales Coordinator is an ambassador in the community and seeks to grow the brand through membership sales
• Responsible for all lead management tasks required during shift
• Ensure that all front desk systems are followed such as proper member check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests, new membership agreements, etc.
• Provide consistent, top-notch service and maintain the highest level of customer service in person and through external communication cycles and automated marketing systems

• Results driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets
• Completely comfortable with the sales process both in person and over the phone
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and fellow team members
• Consistently show a positive attitude and take responsibility for own actions
• Good time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Prior experience at a boutique fitness studio, spa or resort selling memberships 
• Experience using Club Ready CRM is ideal

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to handle high temperatures above 135 degrees for short periods of time.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to demonstrate the saunas to members, which involves getting in and out of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as needed.
