Overhead Crane Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCompetitive Benefits:· Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life benefits· PTO, Sick time, and Holiday pay· 401k and company matching· HSA Contributions by company· Technicians paid by hands of the clock· Potential for a company provided vehicle and gas card· Referral ProgramJob Responsibilities· Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment· Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities· Evaluates and makes recommendations regarding repairs· Keep overhead crane systems operating by performing inspections, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, responding to repair calls· Documents service and installation actions by completion of forms, reports and inspection checklists· Inspect overhead industrial cranes and hoists to ensure safety and compliance with manufacturing OSHA and ANSI standardsJob Requirements· Maintain low incident MVR and valid driver’s license· Must be ok with some out of town work, up to 5% of the time. Per diem and hotel stay covered in the event of overnight stay.· Must be able to work in elevated areas· Must be able to work with voltages up to 480V and in compliance with lockout/tagout procedures
