Required Skills:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and patient nature

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of ABA therapy principles and techniques
• Bilingual abilities (such as Spanish-speaking) to serve diverse populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in behavioral health, ABA, or related fields is advantageous but not required—training will be provided!

Other Requirements:

• This is a non-driving position; transportation is not required.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions as needed
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
• Background check and certification verification required
