The Practice

• Choose between joining a solo practitioner looking to retire or a collaborative team environment, with the flexibility to tailor your focus toward OB or GYN
• Mix of OB and GYN with access to Da Vinci robotics if desired
• Call is 1:10 with 3-day rotations shared among the team; weekend call is compensated separately for additional income
• Partnership and ownership opportunities available for long-term growth, including succession planning

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $375,000 to $400,000
• $50,000 signing bonus
• Comprehensive malpractice coverage including tail insurance

You'll Need

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN; new grads welcome
• Comfort practicing both OB and GYN preferred
• Open to J-1 and H-1B candidates
• Interest in private practice ownership a plus; robotics experience helpful but not required
