Job Description

This entry-level warehouse role supports high-volume production of plastic lids used for coffee containers, cans, sprinkles, and similar products. You will assist automated machines, remove lids from the production line, and pack them into boxes while maintaining strict safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards. The position requires working 12-hour shifts, standing for the entire shift, and performing frequent bending with light to moderate lifting.

Responsibilities

• Remove and pack plastic lids according to specifications while maintaining safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Monitor production lines, clear jams, manage scrap/regrind materials, and support recycling efforts.
• Inspect product quality, report issues, assist QA, and place defective products on hold when necessary.
• Set up cartons, label and stack finished goods, read shop orders, and support training and operation of multiple machines as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, or packing experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with food-related or GMP-regulated products is beneficial.

Pay : $18.25 to $19.25 / hour

Shift : 6 am to 6 pm, 7 am to 7 pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lee's Summit, MO.

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $19.25/hr.
