Concrete/Asphalt/Dirt Laborer

Base Pay $28.00 - $35.00 / Hour Description ECI is a leading provider of Underground Utility services and has proudly served numerous clients throughout North America. We approach each project with steadfast professionalism. We take great pride in doing our work safely and with extreme quality to exceed the satisfaction of our customers. This work will take place across the state of Iowa but mostly central and western Iowa. We are a union organization paying union wages and benefits. Requirements Previous experience in the concrete, asphalt and black dirt and seed Experience in forming and pouring city sidewalks, ADA ramps, Curb and Gutter Able to work in changing weather conditions Flexibility to work varying schedules and stay late as needed Willing to travel overnights during the construction season Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and maneuver in small areas Valid driver’s license, Class A CDL is preferred Description Use of hand tools Load and unload equipment and materials Keep worksite clean and organized Maintain open communication with crew members Follow safe practices and written procedures Check and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and safe working order Work in adherence to safe practices, procedures, and worksite or traffic laws Perform pre and post-trip inspections daily Perform other duties as assigned Education, Skills, Experience Desire to learn and commitment to working safely Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence ECI is an equal opportunity and drug-free employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
