As a Payment Processing Assistant with Convera Back Office Operations team, you will need to provide consistent, quality service by working closely with Client Support, Sales, and other internal stakeholders in facilitating customer transactions.
You will be responsible for:
- Build beneficiary templates with the provided banking details from clients.
- Understanding the country currency requirements to process outgoing payments from business clients.
- Review and validate banking details received from both internal and external parties.
- Monitor intake channels and work queues to ensure the respective processing within the agreed service level agreement.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma completed.
- Professional-level English proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in an English-speaking global environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
