Including but not limited to, loading, unloading, material handling, and basic maintenance. Ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports daily terminal, vessel, and warehouse operationsCommunicates with superintendents, foremen, and management to determine staffing needs and prioritize workflowOperate and maintain equipment for safe transfer of materials between silos, railcars, barges, and vesselsSupports communication between drivers, warehouse teams, and management using radio and digital systemsAdheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), PPE policies, and all safety and environmental regulationsPerform maintenance, inspections, and additional operational duties as assigned to support terminal and vessel efficiencyQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to pass and/or obtain all reporting, testing, and certifications as required for this position and location.
