As an LPN, 60; you’ll 60; deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe , comfortable at-home 60; environment. Your day-to-day will include:  60;

• Collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.  60;

• Administering medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.  60;

• Providing exceptional customer service to 60; residents, families, and 60; medical partners going 60; above and beyond 60; to 60; ensure an excellent experience .  60;

• Maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation.  60;

• A 60; valid 60; and un-encumbered 60; state 60; Nursing License. 60; 60;

• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus, and a collaborative spirit is essential. 60; 60;

• 1 or more years of experience as an LPN 60;

• Licensed as an LPN but no experience? We can help you gain experience and build a great professional foundation. 60;
