Job Description:


- Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- Location: Exciting new opportunities await!
- Start Date: October starts only
- Experience Required: 2 years of L&D RN experience
- Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- NRP
- Flu Vaccination: Required during flu season (no exemptions)
- First-time Travelers: Welcome with a minimum of 3 years of L&D RN experience
- Special Requirements:
- Experience in High-Risk Antepartum
- Experience in a teaching hospital
- Responsibilities:
- Floating required - rotate through L&D, circulator, baby RN, triage, and high-risk antepartum
- Weekend coverage required: yes, every other
- No on-call requirements
- Licensure:
- Must have an active California license at the time of submission
- No temp/pending licenses accepted
- References:
- 2 references from within the past year of employment are required at the time of submission (must be supervisor or higher)
- Patient Demographics:
- Neonates, adolescents, adults
- Daily Census: 15-20 patients
- Team Support:
- Interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, and more!
- Unit Details:
- Staffing ratios: 2 patients per RN
- Special procedures: Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, high-risk deliveries
