Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality communication and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia disorders, developing individualized care plans that support functional recovery. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you’ll educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic environment that promotes patient-centric rehabilitation and offers meaningful professional growth.
