Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, based in Punta Gorda, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive mental health assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide psychiatric care, including medication management. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in therapy sessions, and offer support to clients to improve their mental health outcomes. Qualifications Strong background in Mental Health Nursing and general Nursing knowledge Proficiency in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health Care services Certification and experience as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on mental health Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting Active advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) licensure and relevant certification in Psychiatry Prior experience in outpatient or clinical psychiatric settings is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr PACIFICA CARE PLLC
