ARDEX is immediately hiring an ARCHITECTURAL ANDSPECIFICATIONS SPECIALIST to expand ARDEX's presencewithin the architectural and design community throughout the SOUTHWEST REGION, focusing on TEXAS, with a preferred home base of DALLAS,TEXAS. Up to 30% travel with some overnight. This highly visible role combines specification development,technical expertise, business development, and strategicrelationship management to influence project outcomes and drivelong-term growth. What you will do Identify and secure ARDEX specifications on commercialconstruction projects Develop strong partnerships with architects, designers,specification writers, engineers, and architectural firms Influence product selection and specification decisionsthrough professional presentations, educational meetings, andproject consultation Develop opportunities with key market segments including:Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Retail, CommercialConstruction, Prefabrication and Modular Construction Engage key decision-makers including Directors ofConstruction, Architectural Managers, Design Leaders, andSpecification Consultants Become a trusted advisor and technical resource within thearchitectural community Actively participate in industry associations, networkingorganizations, and professional events Track project opportunities from specification through construction Conduct specification reviews and provide product recommendations Support architects and design professionals with systemselection and technical guidance Collaborate closely with ARDEX sales, technical, and marketingteams to maximize project success Utilize CRM and project tracking tools to manage accounts,specifications, and opportunities Represent ARDEX at regional and national industry events,trade shows, and educational programs Experience and Skills: What You'll Bring Minimum of two (2) years' experience in architectural sales,specification sales, construction materials, building products, ora related commercial construction role Knowledge of architectural specifications, commercialconstruction processes, and project influence strategies Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships witharchitects, designers, specifiers, and key construction stakeholders Strong presentation and communication skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience managing multiple projects and businessopportunities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems Ability to work independently while collaborating effectivelyacross teams A high level of professionalism, initiative, and passion forhelping customers succeed Alignment with ARDEX's core values: Fuel Passion, DriveInnovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, BuildBelonging Benefits Highlights Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave to support growing families. 401(k) with Company Match to help you save for retirement.
