Customer Service Associate (CSA) Sparkle Car Wash
Sparkle Car Wash is looking for energetic, outgoing team members who love engaging people and delivering great customer experiences. If you're confident, sales-driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to grow with a team that values performance and personality.
$15/hr base pay + $5/hr guaranteed commission. Additional commission on membership sales. Flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time options). Paid training + ongoing coaching. Growth opportunities into leadership roles. Fun, team-oriented work environment.
Engage customers and recommend the best wash packages. Drive membership sales and hit daily/weekly targets. Deliver a friendly, high-energy customer experience. Support site operations and maintain cleanliness standards. Work closely with team members to meet performance goals.
Strong communication and people skills. Sales confidence or willingness to learn. Positive attitude and high energy. Reliability and team-player mindset. Retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus.
