HVAC Service Technician | $26-42 hourly | Guaranteed hours

Pay: $26.00 - 42.00 hourly + spiffs, depending on experience

Job Summary: To provide repair and maintenance services on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

• 1 + year's experience as a residential or commercial service technician.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience informing and aiding customers to make repair vs equipment replacement
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE certification or willingness to obtain preferred
• Demonstrate a willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Work from a 24' extension ladder and a 8' step ladder
• Ability to communicate the benefits of preventive maintenance
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills with the ability to communicate ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
