About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead the next phase of its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the product marketing engine, with a focus on sharper positioning, clear segmentation, and a go-to-market organization capable of handling complex deals. This role involves leading a team that spans product marketing, growth content, design, and marketing ops, and requires a strategic approach to brand, communications, PR, and events. The Head of Marketing will shape the company's go-to-market strategy, own its positioning and messaging, and build a competitive intelligence function. They will also be tasked with managing the demand strategy, overseeing the marketing pipeline, and ensuring a strong, measurable contribution to revenue. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in product marketing. Experience in US healthcare technology and a proven track record of marketing to multiple buyer types, including clinical and administrative, are essential. The role demands a leader with a strong command of the demand mix and a data-driven approach to marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Series B to D SaaS environment and a history of leading a marketing team through a growth inflection.
