Job Locations US-WI-JACKSON | US-WI-SHEBOYGAN Line of Business Allay Hospice Position Type Full-Time Schedule:Full Time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Office Location: 510 S 8th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081 Coverage area: Jackson/Sheboygan-(Washington/Ozaukee/Sheboygan counties) Our Company Allay Hospice Overview Allay Hospice is seeking a compassionate, grounded, and spiritually-sensitive Chaplain in Sheboygan, WI. Our Chaplains provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families during end-of-life care. This role is an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, offering a nonjudgmental presence and care that honors the beliefs, values, and cultural backgrounds of those we serve. If you're ready to work in a supportive, fulling environment where your skills and empathy truly shine, How YOU will benefit Develop deep meaningful relationships during a personal and significant life stage More quality time with patients, allowing for more thoughtful unrushed care Variety in work environment, visiting patients in a variety of settings Ability to work independently while also having team support Freedom to be spiritually inclusive, working with patients of all backgrounds Job stability and regular advancement opportunities with a growing company Build strong skills in grief counseling and long-term emotional support As a Chaplain You will: Conduct and ensur e timely spiritual assessments for patients and families Participate in developing individualized care plans to address spiritual needs Provides direct spiritual support to patients, families, and caregivers Serves as a liaison to community chaplains and spiritual counselors Maintains accurate documentation of spiritual services and communications Attends interdisciplinary meetings and contributes to care planning Offers education and spiritual care guidance to the care team Recruits and supports community chaplains, spiritual counselors, and volunteers Coordinates and leads memorial or funeral services as requested Organizes periodic memorials for staff, volunteers, and community partners Assists in supervising spiritual care volunteers Benefits and Perks for You!
