The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, dealers, applicants, callers, and team members at Lamar Trailers. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the day to day administrative needs of the team.

• Greet visitors, applicants, dealers, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer incoming phone calls and route callers to the appropriate person or department.

• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

• Coordinate visitor check in and notify the appropriate team member when guests arrive.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, lobby, and waiting area.

• Provide refreshments and assistance to visitors as needed.

• Take accurate messages and ensure information is communicated promptly.

• Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, paperwork, and other office support.

• Look for opportunities to help the team and take ownership of recurring needs.

• Represent Lamar’s values of  Honor God, Serve Humbly, and Keep It Simple through every interaction.

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Dependable and organized

• Comfortable handling multiple calls and visitors at once
