Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand patient histories and mental health needs, helping to inform immediate and long-term treatment strategies.

  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions targeting a wide array of mental health conditions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, drawing on professional judgment to de-escalate situations and ensure patient safety and wellbeing.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment efficacy through electronic medical records, in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

  • Collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare professionals—including physicians, psychiatrists, and fellow social workers—to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

  • Participate in regular staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions to foster professional development and share insights and strategies with peers.

  • Stay abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in clinical social work, actively incorporating this knowledge into daily practice to enhance service delivery.

The LCSW will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals navigating challenges related to substance use, co-occurring mental health disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
