The Senior Mechanical MEP Manager for Data Centers serves as the leader of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems across the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to influence design, define scope, and align cost, schedule, and constructability during the design and preconstruction phases within a collaborative environment.You’ll foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance—driving alignment across project teams, craft labor, and trade partners. Just as important, you’ll build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners, bringing teams together to solve problems and deliver results. You won’t just contribute to projects that matter; you’ll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.______________________________________________________________________________What You BringBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related fieldrequired(or combo of education/experience)10+ years of experience managing MEP construction on large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects.10+ years reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.10+ years of experience with HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems in mission-critical environments.7+ years of experience with construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)Experience supporting mission-critical data center MEP projects.Knowledge of commissioning, performance validation, and operational testing of MEP systems.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Self-starter, comfortable on fast-paced, on-site construction projects.Data Center and General Contractor experience required.Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project & other PM technical tools.Nice to HaveKnowledge of self- perform scopes of workUnsolicited CorrespondenceThe Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt approved agreement is in place.
