Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities And Tasks:

The Supply Chain-Scheduler/Planner is responsible for developing and managing the weekly site production schedule, optimizing run sequences, and aligning plans with service, inventory, and capacity requirements. This role collaborates closely with Operations, Planning, and Procurement to ensure timely execution of production activities and supports continuous improvement of scheduling processes and stability.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Required:

• A bachelor's degree or 4+ years supply chain scheduling/buying experience
• 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Experience managing weekly production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have the legal right to work in this country without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status

Preferred:

• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
• Familiarity with manufacturing, materials management, and production environments.
• Practical experience with scheduling tools, ERP/MRP systems
• Basic understanding of production processes, raw materials, and inventory flow.
• Prior work experience using ERP software such as Oracle Cloud, SAP, etc
• M365 Office suite systems familiarity (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Strong planning and sequencing capabilities with ability to balance service, inventory and operational constraints.
• Ability to interpret capacity, demand, and material availability data to adjust plans.
• Effective cross-functional communications with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Logistics.
