High-performing candidates have the potential to grow into a six-figure income position Responsibilities Prospecting and networking: in office by phone and email using Salesforce and also out of office visiting potential customers' facilities, attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid Prepare proposals and bid presentations: determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to determine costs, and prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications and competitive pricing to match Facilitate an effective start-up for new business: partner with each department to establish the necessary game plan to begin the new business and ensure a smooth transition to operations Qualifications Experienced sales professional with 3-5 years' experience Proven janitorial sales record Enthusiastic, ambitious, polite Ability to work as part of a team and independently Benefits Access to group health insurance (UW health network and a PPO option) Dental insurance Paid vacation and holidays Paid sick days
