Must Have Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience translating business problems into clear requirements and user stories
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar enterprise tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and requirements documentation
- Experience supporting project or program coordination, including tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Familiarity with project management practices or tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Planner)
- Exposure to delivery reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services)
- Basic exposure to AI governance, prompt/agent lifecycle, or data access enablement .
- Open to looking at experience in lieu of education, HS degree minimum
- Any MS 365 or Agile certificates a plus
