What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Educate patients on oral health and long-term wellness
• Partner with doctors to support comprehensive patient treatment
• Build trust and strong patient relationships through compassionate care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards
• Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Current local anesthesia certification (if applicable)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Passion for patient care and teamwork

Schedule (days/hours): Monday 8-5, Tuesday 8-6, Wednesday -OFF, Thursday 8-5, Friday 7-12:30

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications:

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Compensation: $50.00 per hour plus hygiene comp up to a $15K sign on bonus for full time
