Job Description

We are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team at the Spotsylvania Energy Center. As a general laborer, you will perform basic duties using hand tools on a solar site.

Responsibilities

• Perform general O&M duties using basic hand tools.
• Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Show up on time to work.

Essential Skills

• Experience in labor, solar, or construction work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• General construction background.
• Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Charles City, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
