Coordinates pharmacy personnel and practice for medication management systems, safety, regulatory and quality to ensure that optimal patient care is provided to patients and customers. Manages, coordinates and develops pharmacy staff, financial resources through program development; staff recruitment; hiring, supervision and evaluation of staff; development and monitoring of departmental budgets; performance improvement and competency activities.Principle Responsibilities:Oversees clinical and operational performance.Management of staff.Financial management.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree Bachelor of Science in PharmacyDoctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree Doctor of Pharmacy2 to 5 years of pharmacist experience2 to 5 years of health system pharmacy leadership experience for hospital and retail/outpatient for outpatientPreferred Qualifications:Residency and/or FellowshipMaster's degree Master's in business or health care related areaCompletion of a HSPAL ResidencyLicenses/Certifications:Licensed Pharmacist - MN Board of Pharmacy required if working in the State of MN upon hireLicensed Pharmacist - WI Board of Pharmacy required if working in the State of WI if applicable within 90 days of start dateIf working within the System Care Management Advanced Care Team, a valid Driver's license required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid DL in their state of residencePhysical Demands:Light Work:Lifting weight up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequentlyPay Range: $74.33 to $102.85 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education.
