Job Summary

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, Setting standards in Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care, is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of caregivers. As a part-time LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents on weekends only. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician

• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies

• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
