MRI Technologist I - Float

Position MRI TechnologistI (Float) Locations: Georgetown and San Marcos, Texas. Compensation and Benefits Sign‑on bonus up to $13,000 for external applicants (eligible for $2,000 relocation assistance). Role Summary Performs magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by, or at the request of, a licensed practitioner. Ensures patient safety and comfort during care, and reviews images to provide quality diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities Perform MR imaging examinations as requested by licensed practitioners, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and review images for diagnostic quality. Qualifications Graduate of a recognized, approved AMA Council of Education program in radiological technology; certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) is required. Requires current CPR and AED certification; MR registry through the ARRT will be required within six months of hire date.
