Real Estate Operations Manager

Westerly Asset Management is an operating partner to real estate sponsors and private capital. With offices in Massachusetts and Rhode Island we are a growing business with an active pipeline of projects. We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual to join the team as our Operations Manager. A core focus of this role will be implementing the systems that will scale with the company. If you are someone who enjoys building things from scratch this is a great environment. Key Responsibilities Office Management Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day function Maintain document management systems and internal workflows Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor access Oversee tenant billbacks and rent collection Administrative Assist with filing, organizing, and tracking documents, leases, permits, and closing materials Support due diligence processes and maintain organized deal folders Accounting Support Help manage cost tracking, accounts receivable, and expense reporting Support partners in organizing financial records and preparing materials for accountants Qualifications Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Notion, and new AI productivity tools Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently Prior experience in real estate, property management, construction, or a paralegal role is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience with performance-based bonus eligibility Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and company holidays Direct exposure to all aspects of a growing real estate platform in a entrepreneurial environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
