Part-Time Community Associate

Community Associate Address: 201 East Kennedy Boulevard 9th floor 33602 Tampa Florida Opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center, handling administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and has not been missed by cleaners. Throughout the morning you attend to customer requests: changing WiFi codes, checking package status, directing meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and ensuring services are properly charged and invoices accurate. Between activities you take short coffee breaks to relax. During lunch you handle mail, email customers, and continue to address other requests. In the afternoon you assist with printing, invoicing, and open tickets in the service portal as needed. You collaborate with the Community Manager to plan next week’s networking event, write e‑invitations, create and display posters, and engage prospects to join the network. Before closing, you ensure meeting rooms are tidy and direct groups to nearby restaurants for continued discussion.
