Contract LPN/RN (Skilled Nursing Home) 8 week Contract

Contract LPN/RN for an 8‑week assignment in a skilled nursing facility near Milbank, Minnesota. Provide high‑quality nursing care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain a safe environment while earning competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility

2. Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans accurately in the EMR

3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care strategies

4. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to promote resident safety and comfort

5. Assist with patient activities and provide emotional support during shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• CPR certification

• State‑specific licensing requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting

• Ability to pass a full background check

• Strong communication skills

• Flexibility to work a mixture of day, evening, and night shifts

• Physically able to perform caregiving tasks
