Senior Counsel for Entertainment Licensing and IP

Authentic Brands Group is seeking a Senior Counsel to focus on entertainment, sports and consumer products licensing for our brand portfolio. The role is based in New York City or Los Angeles, with a four-day in-office, one-day remote hybrid schedule. You will draft and negotiate key IP licensing deals, collaborate with business development and brand management teams, and advise on trademarks and copyrights, enforcement programs, and COPPA/advertising standards as applicable to our kids-focused #J-18808-Ljbffr Authentic Brands Group
