Power Plant Construction Manager

Role summary / purpose

The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for the safe, successful execution of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated Substation construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover. The CM serves as the owner's onsite representative, ensuring contractors execute work in accordance with contract documents, engineering requirements, company standards, safety expectations, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field execution of construction projects
• Coordinate with Engineering, Development, Supply Chain, Environmental, Commissioning, and external stakeholders throughout the project construction lifecycle

Requirements - education & experience

8-10 years of experience preferred
