Palliative Care Opportunity

• Full-time annual salary of $240,054
\n
• 3 year contract

• Potential Annual Quality Incentive ($20,000 annually)
\n
• On call for Palliative Care $100 per your if employed by Hospice and vice versa
\n
• Sign-on bonus ($25K )
\n
• Relocation and house hunting allowance (up to $20K )
\n
• Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Retirement, 30 days a year of DTO, 18 weeks of sick leave, and more)

• $2,000 Texas License Fees reimbursement

• Malpractice coverage would begin the first day and includes tail coverage for tenure at HMC ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits)
