Job Overview Registered Nurse Career Opportunity at Encompass Health. Sign‑on bonus of $10,000 for full‑time position. Shift Schedule & Pay 3–12 hour day shifts, Monday‑Friday, no weekends. Weekend day‑shift option: Friday, Saturday, Sunday with time and a half for Saturday and Sunday. Weekend night‑shift option: Friday, Saturday, Sunday with time and a half for all 3 days. Roles & Responsibilities Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients. Qualifications Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred.
