Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

• Assist with medication administration, as needed

• Participate in resident care planning and implement care plans as assigned

• Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Must be a certified CNA with 1 year of experience

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must be certified in CPR and First Aid

• Must be able to lift and transfer residents safely and efficiently
