Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,528 per week

Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an ICU position in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Overview Start Date: 07/27/2026 — 13‑week contract, 48 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts, Night 3x12. Employment type: Travel. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive ICU care with a 2:1 patient‑to‑staff ratio on all shifts. Float between ICUs as requested (Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac/Heart & Vascular, Neurology, Medicine, COVID). Float to inpatient floors with a ratio no more than 1:3 and may act as a patient sitter if needed. Cover 6 weekend shifts per 6‑week schedule and observe holiday rotation. Support cardiac procedures including Swan‑Ganz, IABP, Impella, ECMO, CRRT, and ventilator management. Qualifications RN license in Missouri (or applicable compact). Minimum 2 years ICU experience, with at least 1 year of CV ICU experience. Current ACLS and BLS certifications; CPI, NIHSS, OCN, and TNCC preferred. Proficiency in arterial line and central line care, ventilator support, and patient sedation. Strong independent clinical decision‑making and teamwork skills.
