A Hands-On Manager for a Warehouse That Ships Every Order the Same Day

We're an established, privately owned medical supply distributor in Palm Beach County. We ship to licensed healthcare practitioners across the country, run a local delivery van route, and ship every order placed by 5 pm the same day. We're looking for one working manager to own the warehouse: someone who leads from the floor, not from an office.

This is a player-coach role. You'll spend about half your day picking, packing, receiving and solving problems alongside a small team, and the other half making sure the operation runs without anyone having to ask.

What You'll Own

Same-day shipping. Every order in by 5 pm goes out that day, accurately.

Accuracy. Wrong items, missing items and late orders are tracked weekly, and you drive them toward zero.

Inventory, lots and expiration dates. Receiving, cycle counts, lot traceability and expiration control for medical devices, herbs and supplements. Nothing expired ever ships.

The team. Lead, schedule and train a small warehouse crew, and jump in wherever you're needed.

Van and event stock. Keep our delivery vans and trade show kits stocked and accurate.

Cost per order. Watch shipping rates, packaging and labor, and report on them monthly.

Systems. Work daily in ShipStation, Shopify and our internal operations software. We use AI tools across the business, and we want someone who likes learning them.

Who We're Looking For

3+ years in warehouse, shipping, receiving or fulfillment, including at least 1 year leading people.

Inventory control experience: cycle counts, receiving discrepancies, lot or expiration tracking. Medical, pharmaceutical, supplement or food distribution is a strong plus.

Comfortable with shipping and inventory software, and quick to learn new tools.

Organized, calm under pressure, and proud of getting it right the first time.

Able to lift 50 pounds regularly. Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.

Pay

$62,000 - $68,000 a year depending on experience, plus a discretionary quarterly bonus based on shipping, accuracy and inventory results.
