Further expansion is planned for 2027 and beyond which means global career opportunities for you, with plenty of potential to explore new markets.When you join our Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute and make an impact every single day.OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to support key functions across Accounting with a primary focus on Treasury, Cash Management, and Payroll, but actively supports other accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This role provides critical support to the Finance team by ensuring accurate reporting, timely payments, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple areas of accounting and finance, with strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.In This Role, You Will Be Involved With The Following:Treasury & Cash ManagementAssist with daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, daily cash reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.Reconcile and monitor cash collateral positions with counterparties, ISOs, etc.Work with Accounting function to assist in posting wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany funding.Support management of banking relationships and compliance with internal controls.PayrollEnter bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness into ERPReconcile payroll-related accounts (taxes, benefits, withholdings, etc.) with payroll servicer reportsAccounting & ReportingPrepare journal entries and account reconciliations for cash, interest, collateral, payroll-related, commissions, and other accounts.Assist with month-end and year-end activities closeAssist other accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as neededProvide support during audits (internal and external)To Be Successful In This Role, You Are Likely To Have The Following Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or experience in the related fieldAt least 3 years relevant experience.Accuracy is crucial in processing Invoices to avoid errors and discrepancies.Energetic, driven and committed to success while working under tight time constraints and pressure.Strong ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.Effective communication with 3rd parties, internal teams, and management is essential.Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is often required.DiversityCelebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to what we do.
